Quality and environmental policy
The quality and environmental policy is defined by Management and integrates all interested parties and both are appropriate to the purpose of the organization.
The Quality and Environmental Policies set as priority objectives the continuous improvement of products and services, through an optimal management of technical and human resources while protecting the environment, avoiding as far as possible significant environmental impacts and improving these aspects on a continuous basis. These provide a framework for setting and reviewing the company’s objectives. This policy is reviewed annually by the Management Committee and communicated to all company personnel.
The management of SORBCONTROL, S.L. by adopting these policies is committed to :
- Continuous improvement of the Quality and Environmental Management System, aimed at improving product quality while reducing the environmental impact of our activities.
- The prevention and control of potential environmental impact, through the use of processes, practices and materials or products that avoid, reduce or control it.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, both those related to our activity and environmental regulations in force.
- The implementation of these policies, through communication to all staff of SORBCONTROL, S.L., or those working on its behalf.
- The establishment and review of objectives and goals through the management review process.
- Making this policy available to the public.
We achieve this by complying with the applicable regulatory and legal requirements, as well as with the requirements established in the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 Standards.
It is necessary that Quality and Environmental management be understood, applied and updated at all levels of the organization.

The Quality and Environment Manager has the authority to interrupt any process that violates the requirements of the Quality and/or Environmental System.
The Management declares that the requirements contained in the documentation that constitute both systems must be complied with.
